Nick Hildebrand
Nick's Bio
Nick is someone who believes the little things matter. Whether he’s working directly with a homeowner or helping develop the Rapid Exteriors team, he puts an emphasis on listening, communicating clearly, and making sure everyone knows what to expect. With more than 20 years of experience in project management, leadership, team development, and training, Nick knows that a successful project starts long before the work begins. He brings a thoughtful and organized approach to everything he does, with a simple mindset behind it all: say what you mean, follow through, and take pride in the work you leave behind.
Beyond his professional life, Nick is a husband, father, soccer coach, and veteran who values family, community, and serving others. He served three tours in Iraq and spent three years total in the Middle East, experiences that helped shape his perspective on leadership, teamwork, accountability, and the importance of looking out for the people around you. Today, those same values carry into the way he leads his team, works with customers, and contributes to the Rapid Exteriors community.

Jack Brockman
Jack's Bio
Jack is adventurous by nature, and you can often find him mountain biking, hiking, or spending time outdoors with friends. That outgoing personality carries into the way he works and the relationships he builds with customers. With 35 years of construction experience, including 15 years working in the Black Hills, Jack has developed a practical understanding of what it takes to get a project done correctly from beginning to end. Just as important to him is the connection he makes with people—whether he’s meeting a homeowner for the first time or following up after the job is finished. Jack keeps things straightforward: work hard, be honest, treat people right, and always do the right thing
Phil Walker
Phil's Bio
Phil is the kind of person who likes to see things through. With 25 years in the construction industry and 14 years in the Black Hills, he has spent much of his career managing projects from the first steps all the way through completion. That experience has taught him that getting the job done right takes more than construction knowledge—it takes dependability, respect, and being willing to find a solution when challenges come up. Away from work, Phil enjoys dirt-track and drag racing, fishing, hunting, grilling, Dallas Cowboys football, and spending time with friends and family. Whether he’s at the track or on a project, Phil brings the same straightforward attitude: do what you say you’ll do, treat people well, and find a way to get it done.
